Campaign, a new approach to end poverty in the U.S. that will save taxpayers nearly $80 million per year. Scott Miller, CEO of Move the Mountain Leadership Center and leader of the Circles? Campaign, and Phil DeVol, author of Bridges out of Poverty, will meet with Circles members at Community Properties of Ohio Management Services (CPO) on Friday, December 14 to review the complete results of Columbus’ first year in the campaign.
